This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our Tour Operator to join our Vista Product team based in our Head Office in Sunderland.
You will play a key role within the business ensuring that we have a competitive & value-for-money product mix that is effectively marketed across all advertising channels. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing competitive long haul and short haul product for all marketing platforms to maximise sales across the group
- Reporting and analysis of offer and campaign performance
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Identify product gaps and feedback findings to the relevant teams
- Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers (internal & external), suppliers, and colleagues
- Working within a team of vibrant marketers to ensure campaigns achieve deadlines and objectives
- Additional ad-hoc duties

Technical Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of computer systems i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to utilise its key functionalities

- Web Navigation Skills
Qualifications/Experience required
- English & Maths grade 4 or above
General
- To be committed and dedicated to completing the customer service Apprenticeship programme within the 12 month timescale, attending all relevant training workshops
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
- To conform with all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety
- To treat all employees, customer and suppliers with dignity and respect
