SalaryAre you looking for a Legal PA role working for one of the magic circle law firms that serves the world's most innovative people and expanding organisation that offers progression and the opportunity to grow. The position is a 12 Month FTC, that offers Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 working from home , based in a great London location!
The Legal PA will be working within the Capital Markets team and provide a high level of professional support to Partners, counsel, associates, trainees or senior directors and senior heads of business, and undertakes a wide range of activities.
This role requires proactive and highly competent individuals who will operate effectively in a pressurised and fast paced environment. Typically the Legal PA will offer tailored support to between one and six stakeholders (including one to two partners).
The duties for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Heavy documents
- Billing
- Inbox management
- Invoices
- Travel arrangements
- Booking meetings
- Adhoc personal administration
