A leading UK law firm is seeking to hire a Legal Secretary to provide secretarial support to their Housing Management and Property Litigation team in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
- Salary to £25,000
- 9.30am to 5.30pm
- Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary who has previous Legal Secretary / Legal PA / Admin experience gained from a reputable law firm.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Diary management for Fee Earners.
- Formatting documents.
- Audio and copy typing.
- Prepare travel itineraries and book travel / accommodation.
- General administrative support for the department.
- Receive phone calls, taking messages.
- Document processing.
- Produce bills and invoices.
Legal Secretary Requirements:
- Previous Legal Secretary / Legal PA / Admin experience gained from a reputable law firm.
- Minimum typing speed of 60WPM.
- Experienced in both audio and copy typing.
- Ability to format and paginate large documents.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
