Form of workThe KC Group have partnered with an established firm based in the Sheldon area of Birmingham hiring for a part time Legal Secretary, on a permanent basis.
Hours of the role are Wednesday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
To be considered for the Legal Secretary role:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of using SOS Connect desirable.
- Comfortable managing workload and working towards deadlines
- Flexible approach to working
Key duties of the Legal Secretary role Include:
- General administration
- Opening new files
- ID verification checks
- Collection of monies
- Supporting colleagues with file opening and closing
- Typing documents
- Document production in line with company standards.
Key Information about the Legal Secretary role:
- Part time role
- Salary of £23,000 pro rata
- Training and progression available
