Apprenticeship Delivery Manager- Fully Remote
We are presently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded training provider who specialise in delivering Financial Services Apprenticeships.
Due to expansion, we seek to hire an adept Apprenticeship Delivery Manager.
This is a remote-based role with occasional travel required for management meetings and one-on-ones with the Apprenticeship delivery team.
• As an experienced Apprenticeship/Delivery Manager, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £50,000, along with additional benefits.
In the role of Apprenticeship Programme Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Skills Coaches and Trainers. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing the team to ensure the achievement of all targets and objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager:
• Overseeing the delivery of Apprenticeships within the chosen standards.
• Providing effective leadership to a team of delivery staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients and learners.
• Implementing strategies to enhance the quality of Apprenticeship delivery.
• Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team to improve and maintain quality and compliance standards within the team.
• Conducting observations, learning, and assessment of Skills Coaches.
• Generating, interpreting, and understanding relevant data reports.
• Overseeing client expectations regarding Apprenticeship Delivery, ensuring that the learners receive the required Off-the-Job Training and support.
• Ensuring compliance and completion of paperwork in line with funding rules.
• Presenting a monthly report to the senior management team on all quality and compliance matters.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems related to OFSTED.
Skills and experience required for the Apprenticeship Manager:
• Proven track record in managing and inspiring teams of Trainer/Assessors/Skills Coaches.
• Extensive experience in managing outstanding apprenticeship programs.
• Knowledge and experience of OFSTED, with the ability to support delivery teams in achieving outstanding results.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules.
• Experience in conducting high-quality observations of teaching and learning.
• Assessment and relevant teacher training qualification - DTLLS/Cert Ed would be desirable, along with an L5 Qualification in Leadership and Management.
• Proven track record of maintaining and improving Quality Assurance processes and systems.
• Updated knowledge of using online learning platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and E-Portfolios.
• Knowledge of Financial Service Apprenticeship standards (Insurance) would be advantageous but not essential.
Full UK Driving License and access to own car is advantageous.
