RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving rigid commercial vehicles.
- Managing and controlling small moves/projects, controlling and acting in a supervisory manner during day to day activities.
- Maintaining and complying with all company and legislation requirements inc Waste Transfer Notes and
- Daily Walk-around checks
- Promoting company core standards and values.
- Assisting the management of external contractors during delivery.
- Educating, training and developing other team members in delivery emphasising best practice, quality and standards.
- Ensuring the safe loading and transportation of all furniture and effects.
- Ensuring the furnishing of extensive property protection to ensure delivery of service levels.
- Ensure working practices are safe and follow company best practice standards.
- Office removals or relocations.
- Taking goods into or out of storage
- Paid study time will form part of your standard working week
ABOUT YOU
- GCSE Equivalent C + in Maths & English
- Standard UK Car driving licence
- Punctual
- Hardworking
- Can deal with change
- Proactively spot potential pitfalls and overcome
- Polite, friendly manner and good communication skills
- Due to the apprenticeship scheme you must have lived in the United Kingdom for at least five years
