Apprenticeship Manager

We are on the hunt for an experienced Apprenticeship Leader to fill new and exciting position for our client; a construction specialist training provider. As Apprenticeship manager you will play a pivotal role in the leadership team by overseeing the apprenticeship provision, including management of training and assessment team to drive timely achievement of all qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage apprenticeship achievement rates.
- Line management of the assessors and tutors, including monitoring, performance reviews and appraisals.
- Work with the learning team to promote apprenticeships across the business.
- Ensure learning outcomes are aligned to strategic, operational, commercial, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee training initiatives for apprentices, working with internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive learning experiences.
- Certify training is being delivered in accordance with Awarding Body guidelines.
- Leading, managing and driving the Apprentice compliance process including setting KPIs, reviewing and implementing new processes and delivering on any actions.
- Ensure processes are in place and are effective for each stage of the process from the selection to the graduation of apprentices.
- Support in the Quality Assurance process and procedures ensuring standards are adhered to and contribute towards QIP & SAR
- Ensure documentation is correct and submitted within correct timescales.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Hold A1 & V1 qualifications.
- Proven track record in managing apprenticeship provisions with strong learner achievement rates.
- Experience in management of delivery teams (assessors, tutors, IQAs)
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship sector (including Funding, Standards, Ofsted, ESFA, Awarding bodies)
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with Construction Based training programmes and apprenticeships would be highly desired
