Apprenticeship Skills Coach

Join our friendly team, offering flexible working at our Greenwich site.   What you’ll be doing:  Acting as initial point of contact for apprentices, providing information, advice and guidance.  Responsible for meeting with apprentices and their employers to review their progress and will have a case load of 40-50 apprentices to manage.  Monitoring progress against apprenticeship standards. Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their line managers.  Maintaining strong relationships in this rapidly developing field. Experienced coaching approaches to help learners develop and apply Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in the workplace.
