Location: Remote/HybridRecognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust.As an HR Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR team by providing efficient administrative assistance whilst studying for a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship. Your responsibilities will span various HR processes, and you’ll gain practical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our department.Main Duties:Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including supporting recruitment campaigns and managing candidate information.Assist with advertising of vacant roles.Assist with inviting candidates to interviews and sending out offers.Provide administrative support through the onboarding process.Provide an excellent candidate experience.Manage and respond to general enquiries into the general inbox.About Us:The sole purpose of Birmingham Children’s Trust is to make a positive difference for children, young people and families in the city, by driving up the quality of practice and partnerships across the city and its services.We are proud to be an Equal Opportuniti
