We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base and revenue streams through:
- Driving sales of our industry-leading Leadership & Management Apprenticeships to clients across diverse sectors and industries
- Showcasing our unique development programs and promoting how they align with client’s requirements and objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers both face to face and virtually
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initiating leads to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
- Working closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
For this role, you will need to have...
- Proven experience in a similar role in the apprenticeship sector.
- A consultative and solution-focused approach to sales.
- A great network of contacts across linkedin and other sources.
- The ability to work alone but also be a keen team player.
