Arable Operator – Hertfordshire

This large-scale, Hertfordshire based farming business are seeking a skilled Arable Operator to join their team following their expansion in farmed acreage.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who already has arable farming experience under their belt and therefore, the confidence and ability to work on their own initiative. An understanding of GPS systems and precision farming techniques would be advantageous.

This progressive, family-run business farm several thousand acres and are proud of the experienced team they have built, not to mention their state-of-the-art machinery fleet.

There is accommodation available with this job, should the successful person require it.

What you will have:

• Previous arable experience
• Full UK driving licence
• PA1 & PA2
• Ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative
