ARB Registered Architect Cambridge - GBP30,000+ DOE
Are you a qualified Architect looking for an exciting opportunity in the Cambridge area?!
We are currently working with an award-winning practice based in the heart of Cambridge that is looking for a Qualified Architect to join them!
This RIBA practice is an employee-owned trust and has been shortlisted multiple times for numerous awards. With their in-house mentoring scheme, you will receive their encouragement to progress in your career!
Throughout their 3 offices in the UK, they ve employed around 40 members of staff.
They work on a variety of projects and building typologies. Currently, they are working on the residential, education, conservation and student housing projects at all stages 0-7.
The Role Architect

• Experience working in practice Ideally 3-7 years and this doesn t have to be all post Part 3, it can be spread across Part 1, 2 and 3!
• Collaborative approach to design
• Experience in design and delivery of projects from concept to site - planning, tender and specification construction drawings
• Able to design and communicate both verbally and graphically to teams and business professionals
• Experience utilising Revit/BIM

The salary for this position is dependent on previous experience I believe we d be looking at around GBP30K - GBP40K
