About Us:

Alexandre Services LLP is a property investment company that currently has an existing portfolio of varied commercial projects. The firm has recently taken new direction due to launching our new group (M.A.D Group) which will involve unique and transformational outcomes to how we manage commercial properties in the future. We are looking for architect interns to bring a fresh and exciting approach to our potential projects and help shape our future in commercial development.

Position Overview:

As an Architect Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and realization of cutting-edge architectural projects. Under the guidance of our management team, this role is designed to offer a wide-ranging experience, ensuring you acquire skills essential for your future career in architecture.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs and models.

Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to design discussions.

Support the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

Conduct research on materials, design trends, and project-specific requirements.

Collaborate with team members across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles.

Engage in site visits to understand the practical aspects of architectural design and construction.

Learning Outcomes:

Gain firsthand experience in the stages of architectural design and project management.

Develop technical skills in architectural software.

Enhance understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainability practices.

Improve professional skills in a team-oriented environment, including communication, problem-solving, and time management.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture program.

Strong passion for architecture and design.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
