Architect with BIM

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design and possess a strong skill set in software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and more.

They will also need BIM experience.

**Duties:**

- Design and plan architectural projects from conception to completion

- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using various software tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit

- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design solutions

- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress

- Prepare and present design proposals to clients

- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

- Proficiency in software applications including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong ability to sketch and visualize design concepts

- Experience with negotiation and project management

- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes

- Familiarity with NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D is a plus

Pay: £48,000.00-£54,000.00 per year
