Konker is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a leading Architectural practice based in Dartmouth or Salcombe.
This RIBA practice focuses on luxury high-end residential projects but also manages house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region.
Although they appreciate working in-house, they offer flexible working hours - with most staff now working 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
Salary: £25k - £33k (DOE).
The Position: Architectural Technician
* Technical detailing
* Contemporary designs
* Building regulation packages
* Produce drawings and specifications
* Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors and consultants.

* Flexible working arrangement with staff working from home 3 days a week, and 2 days a week in the office. This is flexible depending on personal circumstances.
