Architectural Technician/Technologist (Revit)

We are looking to employ an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our small friendly established team based in Charing, Kent.

Urbancurve Architecture are a practice with over 30 plus years’ experience in the private residential sector. We also work alongside leading German offsite manufacturers and deliver our own homes in Kent and Surrey.

You can expect to join a growing company who are passionate about what they do and seek to create meaningful sustainable designs for their diverse portfolio of clients.

You will take control of projects taking them to the next stage producing full working drawings and specification details. In regard to the software this practice use, these include; Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Photoshop.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities

• Relevant HND/degree in Architectural Technology 
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience 
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in the Residential sectors 
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and requirements
• Knowledge of Offsite manufacturing (Advantageous)
• German speaking (Advantageous)
• Excellent technical competency
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Confident engaging with clients/contractors
• You will need to be able to work under pressure and have some experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A car is essential due to our rural location
