A London Bridge based studio are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. They are a medium-sized practice, providing Architectural Design and Planning to a portfolio of Education clients and other related projects. They are a 100% employee-owned business, and pride themselves on all staff sharing the vision to create the highest possible standard of design for their client’s aspirations.
The studio has grown in 2023, and with new and varied projects already secured for 2024, they are planning further growth, including a Technologist in January. They are seeking an experienced individual, with demonstrable experience across various projects and all design stages, in a Bim-driven environment. The studio has a relaxed and open culture, and if you are an individual with a couple of years who is looking for a step-up to work in a more collaborative involved role, we encourage you to apply. But likewise, we also appeal to candidates who may have many more years' experience, who are seeking a studio where they can provide their expertise. Candidates with educational experience would be very desirable. However, those with an interest in gaining experience within the schools sector, or project-experience with some parity (for instance, healthcare, public, or commercial buildings) should also be encouraged to apply.
Staff work in the office three days a week and enjoy lots of flexibility. Their studio is in a building close to London Bridge station, in a spot very popular with other creative sectors. They work in a collaborative setting, with everyone, from the directors to junior staff sharing a relaxed working area. Consequently, they have very high retention, and all staff are encouraged to build their career with the practice and aim for their next promotion.
