My client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their passionate team based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This RIBA-chartered practice seek to create bespoke and sustainable homes for their high-profile clientele. A diverse practice that have developed a strong reputation for themselves within the sustainability sector. This post offers the opportunity to work on unique projects within a collaborative and social work environment. The successful candidate can expect to join a creative and forward-thinking practice who place an importance on being both environmentally and socially responsible.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is able to demonstrate strong Revit skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant HND/degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
• Several years' UK post-qualification experience (essential)
• Experience within the Residential sector (essential)
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Strong understanding of current building regulations and requirements
• Excellent technical competency
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Confident engaging with clients/contractors
