GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Build good working relationships with Distribution Partners
Build and develop strong, sustainable relationships with partners.
Identify and present to business opportunities for commercial growth.
To maintain good records, up to date customer data, visit reports and customer journeys
Actively promote all aspects of brand and Moving Ideas.
Promote attendance at BEC Experience weeks
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build good relationships with distribution customer accounts
- Understand the needs of our partners by demonstrating our five fingerprints in all your communications
- Use Moving Ideas pillars to deliver the agreed sales strategy. Keeping the company at the forefront of our customers sales and planning.
- Present brand/product/services in a structured and professional way either face to face, video calls and by phone.
- Attend internal team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
- Work to company agreed KPI measures including customer journeys, good planning, and communications
- Proactively identify sales opportunities to increase order value by promoting products, services and upselling and cross selling where required
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within partners business
- Maintain accurate & correct records and reports relating to our partners
- To take a strategic approach to the distribution sales topic and deliver an overall strategy that drives the sales of products across the sector
- To regularly deliver updates of the agreed distribution strategy to the management team
- To motivate their distribution partner network to place products as a major component of their individual sales strategy, to increase both volume and turnover year on year and increase Market share
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,341.03-£40,000.00 per year
