As Account Manager, your role will be to support the Contract Manager in delivering services that align with the contract specification.
This involves completing various tasks and responsibilities essential to the successful execution of the contract. By assisting the Contract Manager, you will contribute to ensuring that all services provided meet the standards outlined in the contract and fulfil client expectations.
Job Description
Your duties may include but are not limited to coordinating with internal teams, managing resources effectively, monitoring service delivery, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the contract period.
Through your efforts, you will play a crucial role in upholding compliance with contractual agreements and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Auditing of all tasks with due regard to the Contract Specification
- Follow rostering of staff Annual Leave and Sickness absence, ensuring a consistency of service throughout
- Carry out Induction and Skills training, staff monitoring, staff development, identifying and documenting progress throughout and support and guide operatives to achieve service levels
- Ensure staff are following safe working methods, using correct materials and equipment at all times whilst also checking that equipment is kept in a clean and hygienic state
- Understand Health and Safety policies and responsibilities
- Check units ordering of equipment, materials and consumables to ensure sufficient supplies are available not over or under stocked
- Attend training sessions appropriate to the role of Mobile Domestic Supervisor, as required by your Manager
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Specifically to manage all requirements of the cleaning services in line with the contracts specification
- Assist Account Manager in the recruitment and vetting process
- Basic training, motivation, discipline, health, safety and welfare of the staff under his/her control
- Follow company procedures and systems
- Adhere to client’s specific security procedures and policies at all times
- Line authority over the staff under his/her control, including appointments but not dismissals
- Maintain relationships with employer’s representatives and company personnel as necessary
