Job description

Covering our South Wales region our new Area Manager will be responsible for new Business Development as well as managing our Key customer accounts. You will be instrumental in growing the Groundforce portfolio across the South Wales region. This unique position requires you to be providing a balanced and multifaceted approach to driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing relationships and driving sales growth through self-driven pro-active activity. Key Responsibilities To generate leads by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential customers, including selected existing customers, through telesales and other outreach strategiesBuilding, nurturing and developing relationships with clients to understand their equipment needs.To effectively promote our products and services creating sales opportunities and to contribute to the overall success of the businessMaximising revenue and profit by developing and managing a portfolio of accounts, projects, and prospectsTo hold regular reviews with the General Manager to measure revenue performance and sales approach effectiveness in the region or focus areaCold call and warm call interactionsTake a self-driven and proactive approach to seeking and developing new accounts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunitiesAlways ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutionsLeverage a strong and proven sales background to effectively manage and grow existing accounts.
