We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Area Manager! As an Area Manager, you'll champion a customer-centric approach, drive omnichannel strategies, and inspire high-performing teams to elevate our brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:


Safety First Advocate:

  • Foster a safety-first culture across stores and the wider business, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in safe working practices.

People Leadership:

  • Lead diverse teams, nurturing their potential and fostering growth through recruitment, skill optimisation, and talent development.
  • Coach managers in proactive performance management, ensuring a harmonious and empowered team environment.

Customer Experience:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture, driving customer acquisition strategies and enabling store teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Craft action plans based on insights and data for continuous improvement in service.

Omnichannel:

  • Lead the implementation of omnichannel strategies, utilizing data insights to drive growth and profit opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and brand representation across all touchpoints.

Store Operations and Standards:

  • Drive operational excellence, presenting stores at their best through consistent execution of trade activities and visually appealing merchandising.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate store standards and implement quality solutions.
