Are you an Area Manager or site/operations manager with Residential Parks experience? My client, one of the largest park home providers in the UK, is seeking an Area Manager to join their team and cover the day to day management of 4 parks in the Devon and Cornwall. You will be responsible for the site maintenance programme, be the first point of contact for residents and deal with incoming letters, emails and telephone calls from residents.
You will also hold regular meetings with the resident associations to make sure all issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manor. Facilities management experience and experience within the housing sector desired but not essential.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week 8:30am - 5:00pm and is paying between £27,000 to £30,000 doe plus vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site maintenance programme.
Arrange and manage external contractors.
Manage park wardens.
Arrange periodic health and safety testing.
Liaise with Local Authority site licencing.
Build a good knowledge of legislation and processes.
Report periodically to management

Confident in face to face situations.
Experience of problem solving, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional and well presented.
Willingness to travel.
Full clean UK driving licence.
