An exciting seasonal opportunity has arisen for a talented, motivated and driven Duty Manager to assist with the existing facilities and future development of the Park.

Exceptional organisational skills are essential to orchestrate the seamless flow of operations, having the ability to juggle responsibilities, have a solution-orientated mindset and outstanding communication skills that can turn any situation into a success story.

You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver excellence with a dash of enthusiasm. Collaborate with various departments to keep the operation running like a well-oiled machine.

We are looking for an inspirational leader, someone who is hands on and who is challenge orientated and constantly looking to improve standards of excellence.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record and a good understanding of the tourism and leisure industry. It is paramount that they must also maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Previous leadership experienced is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
