Area Manager

Exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join a successful SME main contractor to assist in the growth of a new region in Berkshire.

This will be the ideal opportunity for an Area manager who has experience and wants to bring new ideas and processes to a very steady and robust family business who have been operating across the UK and now in a position to grow out into the Berkshire area.

Looking for an Area manager with a background in Construction who has worked across Healthcare, Education, commercial and university projects both new build and refurbishment. This is a chance for an Area manager to join a main contractor who have loads of tender opportunities, excellent client relationships and lots of repeat business.

The ideal Area Manager

• Looking for an Area manager who is really ambitious, who is happy to be hands on and get stuck in to help a business grow.
• Ideally have main contractor experience but does not strictly have to be operational, they could be from a regional design or commercial background.
• This role is more about the person being right for the business, looking for a great team player who wants to add value and get involved in building teams and bringing ideas.
• Area manager with a good blend of personal skills as well as being a bit entrepreneurial.
• This company is a SME but could be a good fit for someone who has worked for a tier one and wants to grow a smaller business.
