As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be crucial in expanding our client's customer base. With a focus on distributors and end users, you'll have the opportunity to shape the sales strategy and drive sales.
Your primary responsibility as Area Sales Manager will be cultivating solid relationships with their existing distributors network while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Covering the South sales territory, you'll enter a diverse industrial and commercial landscape with immense growth potential. By working closely with their established distributors, you'll be at the forefront of expanding the sales of their products. This will involve liaising with various commercial teams within their customer base, particularly focusing on medium- to large-end-user opportunities to ensure pull through.
You'll have the client's full support, equipping you with all the necessary products and solutions to meet your customers' needs.
Collaboration will be essential in this role, as you'll work closely with the UK & Ireland Sales Manager and the customer service team. You'll ensure a seamless customer experience and drive success by aligning your efforts with their expertise.
As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be based from home. You can be based anywhere in Southern England or South Wales.
Professional hand tools and workshop equipment sales experience is preferred, however, not essential.
You will most likely have experience selling parts and consumables into the automotive aftermarket, light industry, construction, MRO suppliers, electronics, and suppliers to the engineering sectors.
As this role involves travel, a full UK driving license is required.
In return for your effort and contributions, the company offer a competitive salary of 41k per annum, bonus, along with a fully expensed company car, pension plan, and additional benefits including 23 days holidays (increasing with service).
