Our client in Market Harborough is looking for a Area Sales Manager to joint their team and improve sales. Established in 1986, their family-owned business is a leading supplier and service provider for a comprehensive range of Groundcare Equipment sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Iseki, Honda, Stiga, and Corvus. They also specialize in Industrial and Municipal Cleaning Machines. Poised for further expansion, they are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an additional Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic Groundcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A proven track record in successful field sales
• Strong knowledge of groundcare products (an advantage)
• Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
• Capability to demonstrate equipment as needed
• A valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our key machinery brands to groundcare customers
• Provide accurate and effective quotations in alignment with customer needs
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Conduct machinery demonstrations, ensuring customers fully understand product benefits
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct cold calling and door knocking activities to expand our customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
