Working with a great portfolio of OEMs across all industry sectors they are in a fortunate position to be looking to grow and strengthen their commercial sales team.
The Role:
Managing a regional OEM & tier supply account base you will be responsible for all sales projects within the Scottish & North East region with a particular focus on the M8 corridor and Newcastle areas. Working closely with the internal sales support team, you will be expected to manage complex business development projects, react to RFI's & RFQ's, present and negotiate complex commercial sales agreements across several OEM customers and industry sectors. It's a busy role where you will be managing a variety of projects/accounts simultaneously at varying stages so your commercial sales acumen will be always challenged.
The Candidate:
You will have previous commercial sales experience within the OEM & general manufacturing market sectors. Having sound technical and engineering understanding your commercial sales appreciation and ability is more important than what you have sold. Your ability to manage a wide portfolio of OEM clients with specific individual needs is essential. Having excellent organisational and presentation skills together with the ability to project manage a high volume workload is desirable.
- You MUST have previous sales experience within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Exceptional commercial sales ability coupled with a practical mindset & basic engineering understanding.

The Package:
