Area to be covered: Yorkshire (predominately Leeds)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + 35% bonus

Benefits: hybrid BMW 3 series & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Structural Insulation will involve:

• Field sales position selling comprehensive range of Structural Insulation, brickwork and construction ancillaries
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to brickwork contractors, sub-contractors and installers
• Will have the autonomy to pick up the project earlier the phrase and generat  specifications with specifiers, architects and consultants
• Dealing with both commercial and residential projects
• Depending on experience with be expected to turnover circa £1m and looking to develop that year or year
• New role for the business therefore targets / accounts will be depended
• Will be good blend of new business and account management
• Covering the whole of the North West

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Structural Insulation experience with:

• Must have technical construction field sales experience
• Must understand construction supply chains
• Related industries advantageous such as: brickworks, groundworks, insulation, construction accessories, construction ancillaries, masonry, EWI, drywall, fixings (however not essential)
• Genuine desire to succeed and want to develop a long term career
• Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
• Commercially capable, loyal and technical
