Your role is to nurture and grow sales within your territory,
- To appoint and manage sales agents.
- To develop and grow our customer base by,
- Building customer relationships.
- Advising on product.
- Market Intelligence.
- Route to market.
- Lead generation.
- Brand and product promotion and awareness.
- Managing and recording pipeline opportunities.
- Samples analysis.
- Query and complaint resolution.
- To provide appropriate sales reports based on the above.
Candidate experience and qualities
The ideal candidate will be well-connected in the industry and experienced in the management of sales agents.
The ability to be a team player is important, your colleagues will include the VP of Sales, General Manager, and operations staff who are based out of our Florida and UK offices.
You must be highly organised and able to close big projects.
You must be able to adapt to a diverse range of client needs.
High level of competency with Microsoft Word, excel, and CRM.
You must have a passion for interior design.
You must be able to navigate our huge product range – training and support will be provided.
The role is based from home, with travel required to meet customers, colleagues and associated third parties.
