Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust are looking for a Area Site Managerbased in Lincolnshire.

Location: Covering Gainsborough Parish Church School & Branston Church of England Infant Academy

Salary: Grade 6, Points being GBP27,803 - GBP30,296 FTE

GBP16,907.23 - GBP18,423.24 Pro Rata

Hours: 22.5 hours per week split shifts, 52 weeks per year

Area Site Manager The Role:

The area Site Manager will coordinate and carry out a range of duties, to ensure safety, security, maintenance and cleanliness of the site and premises. The post holder will have specific responsibility for the carrying out and recording of regular Health and Safety Checks and being the main point of contact for Health and Safety and compliance.

The post holder will be responsible for supervising caretaking & cleaning staff and supervising contracted cleaning staff.

Area Site Manager You:

- Experience of working in a school or other site management experience

- 4 GCSE S or equivalent in English and Maths

- Considerable DIY experience, minor maintenance level

- Experience of overseeing other works i.e. contractors, cleaners etc. and of undertaking responsibility for the care and maintenance of premises

- Experience of managing COSHH

- IOSH / Health and Safety training
