Job Title: Area Trainer
Hours: 35
Location: Covering Newcastle and Durham
Salary: £28,000 to £32.000 includes essential car user allowance and working from home allowance.

Key Purpose of the role:
To deliver, monitor and develop high quality core and supplementary training to Support Workers across the Areas in line with United Responses’ agreed training plan.
Essential Criteria:
- The candidate will need to demonstrate a solid knowledge, gained through hands on experience, of working with adults with a variety of support needs for example. learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities
- The applicant must have experience of supporting people who may display behaviour that challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Car driver and access to own vehicle
