GSL Education Kent is seeking a dedicated Art and Design Teacher to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for a committed individual who can deliver exceptional education and inspire students to unleash their creativity. As a full-time Art and Design Teacher, you will engage with students from diverse backgrounds and significantly contribute to our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Art and Design: Deliver engaging lessons.
- Develop Lesson Plans: Create interactive and stimulating lesson plans to captivate students.
- Assess Progress: Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Support Development: Help students develop their artistic skills and knowledge.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participate in art clubs, exhibitions, and other extracurricular activities to foster a love for art.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification: A recognised UK teaching qualification and a relevant degree in Art and Design.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching Art and Design in a secondary school setting.
- Passion: A genuine passion for the subject and a commitment to student success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
