Job Title: Temporary Art Cover Teacher Duration: From 18th January to Easter Half Term (Approximately) Location: SEN - Outskirts of Brighton Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary Range: £150-£220 per day We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Art Cover Teacher to join a SEN school. This temporary position is available from 18th January until approximately Easter Half Term, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education and development of our students. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging art lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate individual learning styles within the classroom. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression. Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to student development. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Complete necessary planning and preparation for lessons. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Art Education. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students. Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment. Class Size: The class size will range from 7 to 15 pupils, providing an opportunity for close engagement and personalized instruction. Salary: The salary for this position is in the range of £150-£220 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
