Red Bull Records are recruiting for a Artist & Repertoire Manager to be based in London, UK.

Red Bull Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long-term artist development, with a diverse roster across a variety of musical genres. The purpose of the A&R Manager role is to search for new Global talent, work with A&R team to sign promising new artists and guide their careers, as well as work with Head of A&R on artists across the roster.

Job Description

Artist Relationships and Management

Seek out and select Global artists to be signed along with Red Bull Records A&R Team.
Responsible for vetting music from the artists on the Red Bull Records Roster.
In office is a must – 3 days a week to work closely with our UK office.

Internal Stakeholder Management

Coordinate between International Marketing and Project Director at Red Bull Records regarding Artist assets for audio and timing for releases.
Liaise with Head of A&R and Managing Director in North America on all deals.
Liaise with A&R Admin Manager in North America to make sure all assets are delivered.

Record Making

Work with Artist in finding sessions, writers, producers. mixers and all talent needed to create recording.
Head of A&R and Managing Director have final approval on Audio.
Upon completion of contract, work with Head of A&R and A&R admin on delivery of audio assets

Red Bull Records Representative for all International based artists

Responsibilities will entail servicing existing artists on the roster that are Ex-US based.
Roster expansion is always needed; however, you will be working closely with Head of A&R and Managing Director on both current roster goals and expansion goals.
Responsibilities may entail setting up international writing and recording trips for US based artist.

Qualifications

This is a Global position finding artists from all over the world, so experience with working with artists from Countries outside the US/UK is a MUST.
Proven experience in a similar role at a Record Company.
Background in World Music with broad music taste/expertise.
Deep knowledge of new/upcoming music trends, movements, and styles.
Skilled negotiator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people and can create rapport quickly.
Organised with excellent diary management skills.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
