ASB Officer

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer on a minimum 3-month temp contract, working full-time hours (37 per week) across Monday to Friday. This role offers hybrid working (min 2 days a week in the office) and will be covering patches in either Liverpool, St. Helens or Warrington.

The aim of this role is to protect demand for our clients' properties from the negative effects of nuisance, anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches by using a range of early intervention tools available.

You will be responsible for triaging cases of ASB, Domestic Abuse, Hate Crime and other tenancy breaches, risk assessing cases and ensuring that appropriate support and target hardening measures are utilised, including preparing rehousing requests for victims of domestic abuse & hate crime in a timely manner as well as issuing tenancy warnings and mediation referrals, whilst completing any necessary evidence gathering processes and working in partnership with key partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of managing nuisance and ASB cases, and a good knowledge of housing legislation and ability to interpret & enforce tenancy conditions.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding for adults and children, and legislations surrounding safeguarding.
• Valid UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
• Ability to build action plans for win/win solutions, and ability to write & present accurate, relevant and clear evidence

• Mileage paid @ 45p per mile from office when doing tenant visits
• Hourly rates of up to £21.00 per hour
• Option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella
