SalaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience within the asbestos management sector to join our existing team based in Essex.
As the Asbestos Contracts Manager you will be required to manage a team of Removal Supervisors and Operatives throughout the South of England, you will be required to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering multiple contracts within the asbestos removal business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining existing and developing new customer/client relationships
- Managing measured term contracts
- Scoping works
- Pricing Projects
- Adhering to all technical and legislative aspects of the business
- Adhering to health, safetly, quality and environmental legislation and guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience viewing and providing written quotations for asbestos removals to customers
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Experience managing a generous portfolio of clients and multiple contracts at one time
- Track record of accurate costing for projects, taking into consideration time, labour, materials and equipment
- Experience fulfilling the compilation of written plans of work and risk assesments
- Experience submitting ASB5's
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
