Asbestos Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and industry best practices.
- Utilize various surveying techniques and equipment to identify and assess the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
- Compile accurate and comprehensive survey reports detailing the location, condition, and extent of ACMs found.
- Provide recommendations for asbestos management and control measures based on survey findings.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with asbestos regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asbestos legislation, guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
- Hold relevant qualifications such as the BOHS P402 certificate or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation, including the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
- Proficient in using asbestos surveying equipment and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately identify ACMs.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Salary
The salary on offer for this role is 33k- 38k+package,depending upon previous experience.
