Job description

As a AskFM Customer Service Digital Support at Sodexo in Cambridge, You be the first point of contact for our UK South building users who require facilities support through live chat, emails and service desk tickets. To seek opportunities for continuous improvement to provide the best in class customer experience. To be an ambassador for Sodexo and the services that they provide onsite. 

  What you’ll do:  


Responding to user queries as an 'Oracle' for all sites across campus through live chat and campus emails. 
Logging and triaging of hospitality and events to the campus events team 
Deploy onsite resource for service delivery where on-site support is required 
Triage to knowledge based articles (KBA), subject matter experts (SMEs) and other service providers where appropriate 
Gatekeeper for completion of service desk tickets for the campus within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) 
Upload any internal content which needs publishing to our internal comms screens
Support users with general travel queries, including train ticket reimbursements and liaising with Travel Manager for any escalations where required
Provide meeting room calendar maintenance support for the UK South meeting rooms
Triage and log all feedback, compliments and complaints
Send out a daily Induction report to our on-site teams
