Assembly Operative

The Recruitment Co are recruiting a full time Assembly Operative to work with their client based in Cupar.
Salary: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary with the view to go permanent
Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 08.00-16.30, Friday 08.00-15.30
Location: Cupar
Role and responsibilities:

• 
  Operation of hand power tools and machinery (torque wrenches, spanners, Allen keys, etc).
• 
  Assemble products to completion ensuring accuracy and high standards.
• 
  Read and carry out measurements.
• 
  Log and report any discrepancies.
• 
  Load and unload products and materials.
• 
  Work to targets and deadlines.
  Other tasks when required.

What we are looking for:

• 
  Machine shop/mechanical experience essential.
• 
  Ability to operate hand and power tools/machinery.
• 
  Ability to interpret technical documentation.
• 
  Good communication skills.
• 
  Excellent hand to eye coordination.
