Assembly Worker

If so, then look no further! Our client is excited to announce an opportunity for an Assembly Worker to join their vibrant team in Doncaster.

Duties:

• Appropriate use of handheld devices to access assembly works orders assigned.
• Accurate component barcode part picking to works order requirements.
• The correct assembly of components to works orders.
• Quality assurance inspection of components and assembled products.
• Packaging and labelling of products assembled.
• The accurate completion of the works order using the hand-held devices.
• Storage of the finished products in the appropriate stock locations.
• Record any defects highlighted by components\product inspection and take appropriate corrective action as directed.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week (9am 5pm Monday to Friday including half hour unpaid lunch)

Assembly Worker Requirements:

• Experience of working in an Assembly role (desirable but full training will be provided)
• Excellent hand eye coordination due to the small parts involved
• Good written, numeric and communication skills
• Able to work within a team and on own initiative
• Good time management skills
• An understanding of Health and Safety Standards
• Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic
