SalaryThese local authorities allow you to work from the comfort of your own home up to 75% of the time when you are not in for duty week.
The time you are in for work, you will find that the staffing levels are such that the caseloads are spread equally meaning that you will not have to carry any additional stress from overly pressuring workloads.
There is an open-door policy for all managers allowing you to discuss and overcome any concerns you may face at work. The managers are there for you, to make sure that you are well-equipped and inspired to keep doing what you are doing.
You will be in a team where caseloads are spread evenly, in addition to this you will be given the flexibility to work from home and manage your diary as you see fit.
