Stable Team | Extended Pay Rate | Manageable Caseloads
With the adoption of models that encompass both long term CP, and assessment into one team, it seems pure assessment work is becoming less and less common. I am currently working with a team manager who I have known for years, and have recruited for the stable team of many times, who is looking for experienced workers for her assessment team.
The role is due to a few permanent reshuffles, along with the need for strong experience in the team when the NQSWs join the service – as you’d expect you’ll be picking up cases from MASH, then passing them over to the long term teams after assessments are complete (or stepping down of course)
The pay is enhanced to £43/h by our Leaders in Care loyalty bonus, meaning you aren’t getting paid because of chaotic caseloads like some neighbouring authorities, but instead being rewarded more to work in a stable and well managed team.
