Job description

What you'll do

You will be responsible for processing data received directly from the field into our corporate database.

Working in the Asset Data team, you will be required to communicate and liaise with the business as part of our improvement programme.

You will build relationships with key contacts to support the timely receipt of updates to missing data.

You will also help to ensure the continuous improvement of existing processes.

What you'll need

  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and SharePoint
  • The ability to concentrate for prolonged periods of time.
  • The ability to work quickly yet accurately.
  • The ability to resolve data conflicts efficiently.

Additionally, knowledge of or experience in the following would be beneficial:

  • system data entry
  • site apparatus and/or networks
  • Microsoft Dynamics (F&O).
