We are working with a provider of social housing, who are looking to recruit an Asset Data Manager working on a hybrid basis.
The role of the Asset Data Manager is a key position within the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data is collected and analysed to provide the foundation on which the business makes decisions.
As part of the Assets and Investment Management Team you will manage the team that collect and collate data from many different sources and present it to other areas of the business to enable investment decisions to be agreed. You will be an excellent communicator, with a clear focus on processes and systems, and an eye for detail.
As the Asset Data Manager, you will plan and provide direction for the delivery of the rolling annual, 5yr and 30yr planned programme of investment to the stock.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working in a similar role for another housing provider
- Excellent knowledge of feasibility and project planning.
- Ability to specify materials to enable desired project outcomes with a particular focus on value for money.
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Regulations 2015.
- Understanding of the regulations relating to asbestos management and fire safety.
- Knowledge of building defects and remediation, in traditional and non-traditional houses.
- Understanding of statutory legislation and regulations relating to construction.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- IT literate and competent in using MS Office, AutoCad & GIS, PIMSS software (or equivalent)
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
