More about your role
The Asset Insight and Reporting Manager will work in a team of analysts to drive a clear enrichment of our current and future understanding of asset performance and how it ensures homes continue to meet the needs of customers and remain fit for the future.
Working together with the Asset Data Team this will ensure decisions are data driven focussing on asset data, and the relationship with other sources of data we hold. This will ensure collectively we transform asset data into knowledge, Insight and intelligence.
More About you
- Clear evidence of effectively participating in programmes of data cleanse and analysis to shape business planning and operational improvement programmes.
- Clear understanding of the principles of data management, data quality and using data sets of variable quality to develop clear layers of data insight with appropriate use conditions.
- Experience using a wide range of complex and varied data sources to support the development of a single version of the truth, and develop clear conclusions and recommendations that can be considered by group leadership teams.
- Proven ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, to present a range of complex information at a level suitable for a range of audiences, in both written and verbal format.
- An appropriate data or statistics level degree or qualification, or appropriate employment related experience.
