About the role…
Joining us as the interim Finance Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate with our Commercial Finance team to optimise reporting systems, ensuring accurate data management and consistency of reports, providing valuable insights through analysis. You’ll streamline reports and key financial processes to drive efficiencies plus consistency across the team, and also be key support for the Finance transformation project, ensuring that future state reporting is fit for purpose.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for ensuring Power BI data is accurate and reports are fit for purpose, liaising with our IT contact to support timely data loads.
• Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes to drive efficiencies, ensuring the root cause of any issues are identified and resolved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing reporting tools and provide recommendations.
• Preparation of the month end data files for the Commercial team.
• Communicating to key stakeholders on reporting availability at key points during the business cycle.

About you…
You’re an experienced Finance Reporting Analyst, looking for an opportunity to work within a fast-paced FMCG business, with passion for "making things better" and automating reporting. You’re naturally curious and like to ask questions, but you’re able to challenge, understand and communicate to different Stakeholder groups in a clear concise way. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.

• Advanced knowledge and experience of using Power BI, SAP (S4 Hanna) and MS excel.
• Experience working in a finance team, in a fast-paced organisation and you have a high level of business / financial acumen and analytical ability.
• Able to handle large data sets and manipulate data to draw out key insights and present information in a suitable format to share with senior stakeholders.
• You’re able to learn and understand interactions between various finance/reporting system.
• You’re good at planning and organising your time and tasks, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
