Role summary -

The client is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Asset Management Support Officer to join their team. As the Asset Management Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support functions needed for the successful delivery of the repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling repairs work to properties
• Diagnosing repairs and scheduling both simple and complex repairs
• Providing administrative support functions needed for the successful delivery of the repairs service
• Responding to telephone calls from tenants
• Ensuring all repair work is completed within the required time frame

Requirements:

• Previous experience within the field of Housing Repairs would be advantageous
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
