What you’ll do

As our Asset Manager (Strategy), you’ll be responsible for managing the data related to our properties and places. You’ll use this data to identify trends, gain insights and propose options for future program delivery and investment in homes. You’ll work closely with our wider management team to shape our plans and strategic direction.

You’ll also lead a small team and manage external consultancy as required, to ensure we have the right type of data to inform our decisions about our homes and places.

Our properties are located across the West of England.

What we’re looking for

Already experienced in asset management at a strategic level within the social housing sector, you will know about property and construction practices so you can inform on areas of focus.?

You will also have experience in leading a team successfully and achieving the agreed performance measures and expectations.?

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can collaborate, innovate and challenge our working practices to achieve meaningful business and customer outcomes.
