Asset Manager

I am working with a highly respected organisation who are in search of adding an Asset Managerto their team to help move the company forward. They are based in and cover in and around Bristol so they will be needing someone to be able to travel to the area at least 3-4 days of the week. You will be responsible for their asset data and ensuring it is integrated to set asset programmes and priorities across our homes and neighborhoods, as well as leading a small team of data analysis professionals. Understanding our assets, collecting the right type of data to make data-driven decisions around developing asset programmes is a priority
The salary for this role is £58,000.
Responsibilities of the Asset Manager role:

• Lead a small team of data analysts who are responsible for maintaining data in core business systems
• Analyse data to identify archetypal trends to support the development of future investment programmes
• Ensure the intelligent use of data to draw trends, conclusions, and options for future programme delivery
• Lead the production of investment programmes, forecasts and budgets
• Support the new homes on boarding process to ensure the accurate processing of asset information
• Support management colleagues in designing quality standards for homes and neighbourhoods
